60 minutes — £30 introductory price

A one-off consultation to understand what has been happening, explore possible triggers and unmet needs, discuss what has already been tried, and consider some realistic next steps.

EBSA Reset Starter Support

£90 introductory price

For families who would like some initial support before committing to the full programme.

Includes:

• A 60-minute parent consultation
• Two 45-minute sessions with the child or young person
• Key resources chosen for your child’s needs
• Brief recommendations and suggested next steps

EBSA Reset Six-Week Programme

£240 introductory family price

A structured six-week programme designed to help the child, young person and family reduce pressure, understand what may be underneath the distress, and begin rebuilding confidence and emotional safety.

Includes:

• A 60-minute parent consultation
• Six weekly sessions with the child or young person, usually around 45 minutes
• Brief parent check-ins during the programme
• EBSA Reset activities and resources
• Emotional regulation and confidence-building support
• A personalised EBSA Reset Plan
• A final review and suggested next steps

Payment options:

• £240 in full
• Two payments of £120
• Six weekly payments of £40

Additional Support

School liaison, meetings, additional parent sessions and more detailed written work can be arranged where needed at an introductory rate of £30 per hour.

Any additional travel costs will always be discussed and agreed in advance.
